However, running a business does not revolve around finances and operation alone. First and foremost it is about the people who work for the company and it is the company's duty to create an environment in which skills and qualities can fully come into their own. WHO IS THE CHO?
Michiel Kuijpers is the Chief Happiness Officer (CHO). He supports companies in the human side of the business. WHAT DOES THE CHO DO?
The CHO conducts personal interviews - at every level in the organization and in the moment - in order to practically support individuals and groups to function more effectively, work more comfortably and interact more effectively. Possible topics: collaboration, leadership, personal effectiveness, communication. Coaching typically entails five or six sessions. However, the CHO often reaches the goal in only one or two sessions. He comes quickly to its essence, has the necessary depth and knows to conduct an intense conversation in a light-hearted way. The CHO works from transparency, openness and trust.
